It looks as though the toys in that tub are in far greater supply than the water. No wonder he's still having fun while some parent sculpts his blondness.
The tub is deep - pretty full of both water and toys. He gets to stay in until it fills completely, but he's learning to bale. (That doesn't look right, but it is. Weird homonym.)
